The Percival Road Multi-Family Development involved full-site preparation and infrastructure installation for a multi-family residential complex. Our scope of work included land clearing, mass grading, and fine grading to establish proper site elevations and drainage. We installed underground stormwater and sanitary sewer systems, along with associated underground utilities, and constructed a retention pond in accordance with engineered plans. Additional work included curb and gutter installation, asphalt paving for internal roads and parking areas, and shoulder expansion improvements along Percival Road. Dirt: 60,000+ Cubic Yards Storm: 5900+ Linear Feet Paving: 30,000+ Square Yards Demolition: No demolition work was needed on site.
