Duncan Johnson is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. He graduated from A.C Flora High school and then earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Wofford College in 1996. He founded the company in 1998 after purchasing a late model excavator and bulldozer. In 2002, he found a partner with shared values and vision and Robert Lesley became a fifty percent owner. Together they have grown the business to be a leading firm in the industry. Duncan’s role in the company focuses on business development, managing customer relationships, and driving growth to meet the needs of current and existing clients.
