Robert Lesley is a native of Columbia, South Carolina and graduated from Presbyterian College in 1997. His career began while working in the residential home building business for Lesley Builders, Inc. Here he was responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors, and controlling the company’s finances. In 2002, Robert shifted gears and became an equal owner of what was previously H&J Site Preparation and the company’s name was changed to Johnson & Lesley Construction Company, Inc. In his role, Robert applies his extensive knowledge of the construction industry to manage the company’s budgeting, risk management, operations management, finances and strategic planning.
