This project consisted of civil site development for the Stivers Genesis dealership, seamlessly integrating new construction with the existing Stivers Hyundai dealership infrastructure. Work included grading and preparation for building pads, underground utilities, and stormwater management systems. The project also involved tying new asphalt paving, curb, and gutter systems into the pre-existing dealership surfaces to ensure consistent drainage, traffic flow, and visual continuity across the property. Subgrade preparation was completed to support high-traffic areas, delivering a cohesive and functional dealership expansion.
