Courtyard by Marriott involved site redevelopment and infrastructure improvements to support a new hospitality facility. The project began with selective demolition to clear existing features, followed by grading of the site and entrance area to establish proper elevations and access. Our scope included installation of new curb and gutter systems, an underground detention system, and asphalt paving throughout the site. Work was completed in accordance with design specifications and sequencing requirements to ensure a smooth transition from site prep to vertical construction.
