This project consisted of civil site development for the Stivers Hyundai dealership, seamlessly integrating new construction with the existing Stivers Genesis dealership infrastructure. Work included grading and preparation for building pads, underground utilities, and stormwater management systems. The project also involved tying new asphalt paving, curb, and gutter systems into the pre-existing dealership surfaces to ensure consistent drainage, traffic flow, and visual continuity across the property.
