This project consisted of comprehensive civil site development for the Carters Mill Apartment Complex. Our scope included installation of underground utilities, construction of a retention pond, and curb and gutter systems, along with extensive grading and site preparation for vertical building construction and future asphalt paving. From earthwork to final infrastructure, the site was delivered fully prepared to support a successful multi-family development.

Storm: 750+ Linear Feet
Paving: 2300+ Square Yards
There was no pre-existing structures needed to be demolished.
