This project involved complete civil site development for a new What-A-Burger restaurant, including installation of underground fire suppression, water, storm drainage, and sanitary sewer systems. Our team performed curb and gutter construction and asphalt paving, along with extensive earthwork to address poor existing soils. Unsuitable material was excavated and replaced with imported, high-quality backfill and topsoil to achieve proper compaction and long-term stability. The project also included construction of an underground retention pond, delivering a fully functional, durable site built to perform. All of this happened while staying within budget and on time for turnover.
