The Haven at Congaree Pointe is a 55+ assisted living community development requiring comprehensive site preparation and infrastructure installation. Our team performed extensive land clearing and grading, along with underground utility installation, to establish a solid foundation for the project. Scope of work also included curb and gutter installation and asphalt paving, all completed in accordance with ADA requirements and project specifications.
