Wingard Park is a community park project focused on essential site infrastructure and access improvements. Our scope included construction of a small parking lot, complete with curb and gutter installation and asphalt paving, as well as installation of underground utilities and drainage systems to support long-term site functionality. We also completed the building pad preparation for a large playground structure, ensuring proper grading, compaction, and compliance with design specifications. The project was executed efficiently and delivered as planned to support safe and reliable public use.
