The Gadsden and Greene project is a large-scale civil site development for an independent high-rise student housing and retail facility in the heart of downtown. Our scope included extensive mass earthwork with major import and export of materials, construction of a large underground retention pond system, and precise grading to support vertical construction and site access. We coordinated with the railway commission to relocate material and create adequate clearance for a new roadway leading into the parking garage.
