This project included full civil site preparation for the Lexington Urgent Care Extension, beginning with complete clearing of trees and debris to establish a build-ready site. The property was graded to support proper drainage, future building pad, curb and gutter construction, and coordinated underground utilities and stormwater detention systems. Subgrade preparation was completed in advance of paving and line striping. Dirt: 8,200+ Cubic Yards Storm: 1,100+ Linear Feet Paving: 7,500+ Square Yards Demolition: YES
