This project consisted of full civil site development for the South Carolina Department of Mental Health office facility. Our scope included land clearing, grading, installation of curb and gutter, and asphalt paving. Due to high groundwater conditions encountered on site, significant earthwork was required, including export of unsuitable materials and import of suitable fill to achieve proper compaction and long-term stability. Through careful planning and execution, the site was delivered fully prepared to support construction of a critical public-service facility.
